ISO27001 is the world’s leading information security standard. Like all the standards, they are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to reflect best practice. Earlier this year we saw the update and revision of ISO27002. ISO27002 is the guidance standard that supports ISO27001. Ahead of an expected announcement later this year on the final changes to ISO27001, we’ll provide an overview of the changes that we can expect to see, and the timescales that the changes will need to be implemented.
