A member of the Risk Management Standards Committee at the British Standards Institute and of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Helen has worked in a variety of industry sectors since 1986. During this time, she has held roles encompassing IT and business management and including over a decade in governance, risk and compliance. This breadth of experience allows Helen to apply her knowledge of IT systems, processes and procedures to the complexities of the business environment. Helen is the focal point for cyber security at the Coventry & Warwickshire regional group of the Federation of Small Businesses and regularly delivers presentations to cross-sector groups on the need to ensure that their organisations are secure. Risk Evolves, under Helen’s leadership, are also founding members of the West Midlands Cyber Security Cluster.
Adele is our Sales Leader and will help you find the solution to your requirements. With over 30 years in Client management she has significant strategic management experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions. She will listen to the challenges facing your organisation and will work with you to ensure that the services that Risk Evolves deliver, will meet and exceed your expectations.
Andy is an experienced leader with 20+ years experience working with and assisting SMEs. A long career in the financial sector with expertise in both risk and financial management and a proven track record in training, coaching and project delivery gives Andy a perfect base from which to lead our GDPR offerings.
Andy is regularly out and about training teams on getting staying compliant with the new regulations and is passionate about helping people and businesses develop.
Mike has over 25 years Business and IT Leadership experience, with the last ten as a Senior Executive leading complex change programmes to improve business and IT quality outcomes across a wide variety of sectors. He leads the ISO27001 offering and works with clients to help and assist with improvements in their governance posture. Mike is passionate about developing people to help ensure the long term sustainability of change for business success.
David has over 15 years business improvement and management experience in operations, project management, purchasing, sales and HR; the last six years were spent as a Director of a high growth, privately-owned business. Using his cross-functional knowledge and expertise, he delivers improvements in consistency, efficiency and service whilst developing resilience across an organisation’s teams. David’s sector experience includes services, logistics, manufacturing and not-for-profits. David is the focal point for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 (soon to be ISO45001) and leader for the Supply Chain offerings.
Nick leads Operations for the group and has over 20 years of experience in change management and programme and project management. This skill set is coupled with strong Consulting Operations experience in developing and integrating a successful consulting business.
Charles joins the Risk Evolves team as a natural progression from a long and successful career in Information Security. Certified as a GDPR Practitioner and an experienced Information Security Manager (CISM), Charles is an advocate of data protection and the need for any organisation to witness leadership commitment in order to manage information securely. With the ability to adapt his communication style to his audience, regardless of whether this is at Board room or more junior levels, Charles works closely with Andy to deliver GDPR, IASME and Cyber Essentials services to our clients.
Zoë brings a different perspective to Risk Management. In addition to her qualifications and experience as a PRINCE2 Project Manager, membership of the City&Guilds in Leadership and Management and recent work with SMEs, she has also had a varied career in the Air Force. As part of her military service she was responsible for reviewing major security risks to UK aircraft in Afghanistan and recommending risk mitigation measures based on enhanced protective security. Zoë was also Security and Cyber Risk Management Audit Team Leader for fast jet Stations. In addition, she has managed and delivered specialist cyber security, aviation and physical security and counter-intelligence training to Royal Air Force Police.
A former CEO of the Institute of Risk Management, Steve has previously developed and delivered education on the importance of management of risk in organisations. He is a regular international speaker on risk and joins us with a background of running improvement programmes in financial services organisations. Steve is the leader of our Risk Management offering.
Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in IT working across service management, change management, voice and data communications, IT support and infrastructure. She has a proven track-record of project and programme delivery and relationship management in complex environments. Amanda brings her natural organisation and planning skills to the team to lead Programme delivery.
Mandy’s background in branch and regional management, led to a computing degree then nearly 20 years as a consultant providing IT and business solutions to SMEs.
Past projects have included taking start-up companies from nothing to full IT systems and, for growing companies, systems analysis and software implementation, investigating and providing improvements to the business processes. She works to embed efficiencies into and reap benefits from necessary regulatory or technological change.
Debbie has an extensive background in operations management and has the unenviable task of organising everyone at Risk Evolves. She is responsible for day-to-day management and administration, including project set up, client invoicing, supplier management, and data and process management. If you are unable to contact one of the team, then Debbie should be your 'go to' person.
