The power of the hive mind

Developed in response to client demand, Compliance as a Service provides access to an entire network of consultants, each of whom specialises in ISO standards, GDPR, cyber security and/or health & safety.

It’s a cost-effective way to develop and nurture a culture of compliance across your business.

Meeting your needs

We’ll carefully match you with an experienced consultant who’ll hold an Initial Review meeting to get to know your business before developing a colour-coded action plan to address any areas of weakness.

They’ll meet with you each quarter to review progress and your business’s changing needs. Between visits, they’ll be on hand via email or phone to answer any queries you may have.

A single view of your risk

We’ll help you build up a single view of your risk across 18 risk modules in the Risk Dashboard, an online visualisation tool. You can also use the Risk Dashboard to store compliance documentation, making it easy to provide evidence, should it ever be required.

Compliance as a Service FAQs

Any business that wants to reduce risks by doing things properly but can’t justify the cost of an in-house compliance specialist or team.

The contract will be for 12 months. We understand that cash flow is important so you can spread the cost over 12 monthly payments.

The cost depends upon the combination of services required. For a quality manager, it starts from as little as £485 per month. Please call us to discuss your exact requirements.

The Initial Review is our chance to start getting to know your business and begin assessing your current compliance. It normally takes a day, but we’ll advise you in advance if we think it’ll take longer.

All information is treated in confidence and we can sign NDAs, if required.

It depends on the scope. We may ask for interviews with your leadership team as well as representatives from HR, IT, finance and other departments.

You’ll receive a minimum of one day’s support plus telephone and email support each month. Each phone call will be followed up by an email so you can re-refer to our consultant’s advice, if needed.

View our support hours

Your consultant will meet with you quarterly (either in person or remote) to get an update on your business and to review and update your action plan.

We’re not clock watchers, so we won’t leave you in the lurch if you’re a few minutes over! If you need a greater amount of support, we’ll ask you for permission beforehand.

Don’t worry! Your consultant will always take care to document your meetings, calls and emails so one of our other specialist consultants can pick up the baton and give you the advice that’s right for your business.

Your Risk Dashboard will alert you to legislative changes. Your consultant will be able to explain what action you need to take and why. We also issue alerts via our monthly newsletter.

We recommend storing your compliance documentation in Risk Dashboard or on your organisation’s SharePoint / Google Drive system.

We understand that you may grow enough to justify having your own in-house compliance team. To help with the transfer of knowledge, we’ve ensured that you can continue to access the Risk Dashboard even if you choose not to have other services from us.

Please contact us for costs.
