Thank you for helping us get shortlisted!

Little did we think at the start of the year that we’d celebrate being shortlisted for six prestigious local business awards before the first quarter had even ended!

It’s quite an achievement for a business which is just four years old and we simply couldn’t have done it without our fantastic team, the backing of our local community and, of course, the support of our loyal clients.

On the 6th of March, we’ll be at the Midlands Business Awards in Leicester, where we’ve been shortlisted for ‘Midlands Service Provider of the Year’, thanks to the efforts we take to deliver exceptional service to our many clients. It will be a busy evening for our MD and Founder, Helen Barge, who has been shortlisted in the ‘Midlands Business Person of the Year’ category for her commitment to helping others protect themselves against cyber crime.

In mid-March, we’ll be at the Midlands Service Excellence Awards in Dorridge, where we’ve been shortlisted for three of the 12 awards. There is some strong competition in the ‘Innovation or STEM Company of the Year’, ‘Professional Services Company of the Year’ and ‘Company of the Year’ categories, but we’re confident that we’re going to have a great evening, whatever the outcome!

Finally, early April will see us at the Firstpro Awards at Coombe Abbey, run by Coventry & Warwickshire First. We’re really proud to be finalists in the ‘Contribution to the Community’ category as we’re just as committed to helping others as we were when the business was formed in 2015.

If you’re attending any of these awards, please do say hello. We’d love to see a friendly face as we suspect we’ll be more than a little nervous!

In the meantime, Helen would like to thank our clients for helping us to reach the final stages of these awards. She comments, “Our mission is to help SMEs improve their stability and resilience by protecting themselves against risks such as supply chain failures and cyber security issues. We do this by becoming a trusted part of their team. We take the time to listen to our clients, ensure our advice is based on fact rather than fear and develop new services to meet their changing needs. We were fortunate to be able to include numerous positive comments from clients in our submissions. It’s a privilege to work with so many flourishing small businesses and this recognition is the icing on the cake for the whole team. Thank you to our clients, suppliers, employees and associates for their help in making Risk Evolves a company that’s worthy of recognition.”

About Risk Evolves

We deliver high quality training and consultancy that enables SMEs to evade or eliminate malicious or accidental cyber security risks. We have helped over 300 companies to strengthen their operations and safeguard their future.

Our commitment to customer service excellence includes operating an ISO9001 certified quality management system and measuring performance against a series of client focussed key performance indicators. Client feedback is regularly collated and reviewed with new services developed as a result, including a GDPR Critical Friend pay-as-you-go service which helps organisations maintain compliance. Another innovation is our popular phishing service which enables SMEs to monitor their employees’ response to simulated phishing attacks. This service, previously beyond the budget of smaller companies, costs just pennies per day.
